Inspiriert zu diesem Motiv haben mich die Selfies, die das Kind und ich neulich beim Videotelefonieren machten. So schaue ich hier sinnbildlich aus dem Fenster (und zwar nicht in meinem Fenster zum dunklen Hof, sondern aus einer Hütte am Waldrand, draußen singen die Vögel und dort hinten auf dem Feld, da grast ein Reh; mir mag es ja an einigem mangeln, nicht aber an Phantasie).

I was inspired for this motif by the selfies that the child and I took the other day during a video call. So here I am looking out of the window (not in my window facing the dark courtyard, but from a hut at the edge of the forest, outside the birds are singing and back there in the field, a deer is grazing; I may lack some things, but not imagination).
